Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reimly's AI landscape design tools, credits, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using reimly.com you accept these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Use of Services

Reimly lets you upload photos of outdoor spaces, choose styles, and generate AI-powered concept designs. You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Upload only content you own or have permission to use.
• Avoid generating or sharing illegal, hateful, or exploitative imagery.
• Respect rate limits, credit allocations, and API restrictions.

We continuously improve prompts and models. Results may vary and should be validated by licensed professionals before construction.

User Accounts

Provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@reimly.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

Reimly retains all rights to the platform, models, brand assets, and generated metadata. You retain ownership of the photos and prompts you upload. Subject to payment of applicable fees, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the AI outputs for the permitted purpose noted in your plan (personal for Free, commercial for Pro and Lifetime).

User Content

By uploading content you grant Reimly a license to host, process, and analyze that content solely to provide the Service, improve detection systems, and comply with law enforcement requests. Do not upload sensitive personal data, health information, or content involving children.

Credits, Billing, and Refunds

Renders consume credits based on the plan you purchase through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Lifetime plans are one-time charges. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we offer a specific guarantee in writing.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Probe or disrupt our infrastructure, attempt to bypass security controls, or scrape private endpoints.
• Misrepresent outputs as human-created when disclosure is required by law.
• Use the Service to generate deepfakes, impersonations, or anything that violates intellectual-property, privacy, or export-control laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or create risk for other users. You may cancel your account at any time; outstanding fees remain due.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reimly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "date" above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
