Reimly (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies so that reimly.com and our Cloudflare Workers deployment stay fast, secure, and tailored to your AI landscape design projects. This page explains what we store, why we store it, and how you can control those settings.

Cookies we set

Essential cookies

• Session & auth – Keeps you signed in, remembers your locale, and protects your account with Cloudflare Turnstile and Better Auth.
• Credits & generation context – Stores how many renders you have left, the style you selected, and the before/after slider state so the generator feels instant.
• Security – Helps us detect abuse, rate-limit malicious requests, and ensure Stripe checkouts coming from reimly.com are legitimate.

These cookies are required to run Reimly and cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

Preference cookies

• Save your preferred language (English or Chinese), default theme, and recent landscape styles.
• Remember if you dismissed onboarding tours, modal tips, or Crisp chat prompts.

Performance & analytics cookies

• We use Vercel/Web Vitals, Cloudflare Insights, and self-hosted analytics to understand which sections are used most, measure render completion time, and debug failures.
• Data is aggregated and cannot be used to personally identify you.

Marketing & communication cookies

• Stripe may place a cookie during checkout to prevent fraud.
• Crisp chat stores a visitor ID so our support team can continue a conversation if you return.
• If you opt in to email updates, we store a cookie to honor your preference so we don’t keep prompting you.

Third-party cookies

Some partners drop their own cookies when you use specific features:

• Stripe for subscriptions, lifetime payments, and credit packs.
• Crisp for real-time support.
• Cloudflare for security and performance, including Workers KV-based caching.
• Analytics providers such as Vercel Analytics or Plausible when enabled in your workspace.

We only enable these services to operate Reimly and never sell your data.

Managing cookies

You can:

1. Clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
2. Use your browser’s private/incognito mode when testing renders.
3. Adjust opt-in toggles inside your Reimly account for analytics or marketing cookies (when available).

Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in or generating designs, but all other categories are optional.

Updates

We review this Cookie Policy whenever we add a new integration or measurement tool. The “last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Significant changes will be announced inside the product or via email.
